Clarence N, Spencer 68 of Brookville, Ohio passed away at the Dayton Veterans Admiinistration Medical Center ICU. He lost his fight with Leukemia in the afternoon of 02-Jan-2019. Clarence had someone by his side for his remaining days from His Family and wife to The Patriot Guard and classmates.
